1 top sirloin or Palomilla steaks (about ¼ inch thick)
½ tablespoon fresh minced garlic
2 tablespoons Mojo sauce
¼ onion, sliced into rings
Salt to taste
½ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup chopped tomatoes
Place steaks in a shallow pan and sprinkle with minced garlic, juice, onion rings and salt. Cover steaks and marinate in the refrigerator before grilling. Place steak with onions and tomatoes on the grilled until they are browned and well done, topped the steak with the onions and tomatoes.
