Croquetas de jamón. (3) minced ham croquettes lightly breaded and fried.

Tostones con Picadillo. Tostones (twice fried plantains) topped with seasoned ground beef.

1/4 Pollo Cubano. Garlic Chicken

Pollo Saltado. Boneless pieces of chicken cooked in Creole sauce.

Filete de Pollo. Chicken breast filet grilled with onions and garlic.

Picadillo a la Cubana. Seasoned ground beef.

Arroz con Calamares. Rice and Squid

Filete de Pescado Encebollado. Grilled filet of fish with onions, tomatoes and garlic.

Ensalada de Puerco. Roasted pork salad.

Ensalada de Pollo. Fresh salad greens topped with grilled chicken bites, tomatoes and onions.
